They have been scrambling for money many places for a long time I can attest to that, as others here can. I would actually give GTC and David more kudos for survival at this point based on productivity. Unless of course the BIB/Wasp took off which was GE's entire effort the last couple of years. I believe he ignored GTC and tossed the Argus to mothballs until Indy resurrected it. All IMO
