When I first started investing in wsgi, lta was already bought over by wsgi (so not a need for me to do dd as to whose property was whose). And guess what? The bib was on the wsgi web page at that time, not on the ltas web page. I apologize for my misconception there even though there were many factors leading me to believe so. Even "old hands" here like you and fly had to have a discussion to confirm. And I did write "I believe"...

The reason why I believe orders are there is as I have posted before: 1) the recent award to at solutions- and the subsequent immediate hiring process for yet another staff specifically for the bib, and 2) the billion dollar contracts awarded just this last week or so for certain radios. There have been articles connecting us to the use of these radios and allowing tactical dispersed missions I believe.
