I don't understand why you think i have a bad attitude.Wow, i didn't expect that.
Don't give it any concern. I get my arse chewed off and handed back to me on a platter every few months. Most of the time, I find it side-splittingly funny. Fortunately, there are plenty of people on this thread who are genuinely seeking help or offering assistance. Keep your focus on them and you'll be OK.

P.S. Of course, I don't forget those who treat me terribly. I simply wait for them to have another problem with their system, and when they do, I get my husband to send them a horribly wrong answer in a PM.
