This was discussed earlier in the day. Wrong company. I made the same mistake. Similar company name but no holding in it. Registered 3-31-14 in Nevada (private co) website was registered by erdberg (who also resigned) and it refers back to wsgi site

I posted the go daddy who is earlier and several have posted the corp registration in Nevada.
