Going from private to public to raise capital is one thing. Being public for while and taking a MGMT decision to issue stocks in order to pay outstanding debt is another thing. Being public for while and taking a MGMT decision to issue stocks in order to pay outstanding debt while claiming you have franchises and growing revenue and profits is a disaster.
