I am NOT saying it is dilution. It IS dilution. that is a fact. Now if you don't see it or u choose not to see it, that is a different story.

No, that is not why companies go public. No, that is not how companies should pay for their finances. Google it. Issuing stock to satisfy debt simply signifies serious capital trouble - this is not my opinion, this is basic Finance.

FRCN is couple ticks away from trip zips. the dump is over and as of this morning there are no interest, no volume and no buy.
