I would expect a growing business to pay its debt with the "money flowing" that you talk about. Or with revenue or with profits. Or with some sort of investor financing since the company has potential - as you say of course.

A fundamental idea in business finance for public traded companies is that: issuing stock to pay debt should be your last painful resort. Doing that signifies that you are out of options and capital.

However, you want to convince me and everyone on this board that this company is great, yet it pays debt by diluting its stock.

Sorry if you invested but this is a fail, it was a fail and the fail will continue today.
