IDWD is starting to look like scam to the extreme. Am I ever glad I ran into this board! I would have been very upset if I owned this stock and he did this to me a second time.

The Josef Stalin Communist IDWD board over at hotstockmarket.com banned another poster yesterday for telling everyone this would happen this morning.

Downs said nothing at all in today's news except there would be no dividend when he promised. I am beginning to suspect there will never be a dividend. This isnt the first time he has pulled this scam.

I was reading the Yahoo boards and I saw Downs started stock fraud activities back in the early 1990s. I'm not sure if he did it before then. 1992 was just the first time law enforcement sentenced him for it.
