So if these guys are off shore and they are doing the same thing that everyone else is doing....Using S-8 shares to pay for Consulting Agencies and or lawyers and Accountants...Then we are just speculating that this will soon have a run...The S-8 shares do not have to be reported...Someone ask Dan please...I really consider this money gone...So it doesn't matter...If it goes up great.. If not..Oh well..Thanks Ben
