Oh don't you love mysteriously appearing convertible notes showing up on dark issuers?

Someone opened up Word, typed up something, back dated it to a few years back, and viola, print me free trading shares.

Any DD to see if it was a former "shell company" to stop the sale of unregistered securities? Make a preemptive strike and contact the feds.
