Product Update 05/06/14
Dharmanol Citrolene Update.
For the past few weeks we have been making sample doses of Dharmanol Citrolene available through Pharmajanes and also through our network of existing patients in the Dharma Care and Hospice Program. The results, although 100% anecdotal at this point, have been quite impressive.

The product was first released in this manner to determine the ideal dosage of d-Limonene in each capsule or tablet. D-Limonene is a terpene found in cannabis that has shown many desirable effects, but is sourced from other plants (citrus rinds).
D-Limonene binds with the same receptors as does Valium and Xanax and has shown similar relaxing, anti-spasmodic, and anti-anxiety effects in several university studies. All of those trying the product have found these effects to be present, although in varying degrees.
It does not seem that Dharmanol Citrolene is active in the same way as the benzos. After taking several doses over several days, the physicality of the relaxing effects is far less noticeable than with the synthetic drugs, but the patient’s need for additional treatment seems to be considerably lessened or completely eliminated. Another effect reported by several is that when taken in a depressed state, there are few noticeable physical effects, but one’s mood is greatly improved.
The current dosage of d-Limonene in Dharmanol Citrolene is 1000 mg. The next round of testing will contain 500 mg. per dosage unit, and we expect to see similar results with the lowered dosage.
T-Hydrocan™ Citrolene is now being prepared for similar testing through Pharmajanes and DCHP. It contains d-Limonene combined with active (fully decarboxylated) THC. Once the testing of Dharmanol™ Citrolene is a bit further down the road, it will be made available through the network of dispensaries served by Dharma Care and Hospice Program, and T-Hydrocan™ Citrolene will be made available through Pharmajanes for testing similar to what we are now doing now on the Dharmanol Citrolene.
