siriuslyricher: I agree that the Monday statement was for that purpose exactly, but it really is not a drop dead date if a new re-negotiated contract possibility is an option prior to the ?drop dead? date Friday. Also, I have always thought that the Russian Investors were well heeled - well what if that's wrong and they really need banking assistance regardless of what banks are involved. ken w
