Do have some numbers also but was wondering if others did, seems like we are not that far apart. The brigade combat teams have been mentioned as rolling thru the nie and then being equipped with the latest capability set.
So imo the BCT is the low starting point with two units per bct , being the forward and rear systems mentioned in the recent job posting. But if the systems are fielded down the chain of command to battalion, company or platoon level these numbers increase.
So if we use the downsized BCT level of 32, of the active units like you point out, with two per bct it comes to 64 of each of the Bib and wasp. The cost of the Bib we know is $302,703 from the 10k, this could be higher depending on the revisions requested. There is pricing on the USA Spending.gov website for ltas thru BAE systems, and think it was a minimum of $160K for the trailer, winch, aerostat. This may or may not be the wasp but it does provide a conservative estimate, also im unable to access this site any longer with this newer laptop. So this represents a conservative estimate of $19.4M for the Bib contract and 10.2 for the Wasp, if it's selected. all imo
