I would encourage everyone to go back and read the SJ. My belief is a Settlement is forthcoming as well but because Casper didn't stop WDDD from being able to refile for the full, it is still leverage to be applied against ATVI. I think she did this to get them out of the Courts by giving both parties a chance to rethink Settlement. There is no need to refile.

The patents have been validated (again). ATVI has taken this as far as they should... a Jury won't be kind to them knowing how they treated WDDD when they were offered a licensing deal.
