Not a bad idea Jim....they have 300 million now right. Well do 10 or 12 cities...show them what you can do then add the remainder after half of the network is up and running and generating revenues from the JV. Then banks would be more apt to agree to additional capital when they have a tangable network in which to invest in. Like going to a bank for a mortgage when you already own the land in which you want to build on...much easier of a process when have this upfront.
