Colectin...my message over the weekend from IR is that the SEC can wait 20 days or longer to make a decision or it can send it back to MRNJ for revisions or it can be rejected with no explanation. Based on this information, it seems that anything positive will take at least 3 weeks to know about. If it is rejected, perhaps we will know right away, meanwhile, as the recent blog indicated other financing is being sought. Probably prudent to seek other viable options for financing if this one does not get approved, and it might give the other possible interested financing parties cause to reconsider any terms if they want to be involved, knowing what is on the table. Probably when one loans the others ear perk up to see what it is all about, so the whole process could be more helpful than it appears. I guess that the Macallen group sees the potential here...no one casually invests $1 million dollars especially in this economic time when lenders are NOT interested in innovation but only the biggest and fastest returns.
