I will wait and see the Edgar filing, if the SEC approves, before making a call on that.
A R/S would have to be favorable for the company and the shareholders for me to want one, however if it made sense to get us out of the, under a penny, hole we are in, I would possibly welcome it.
Nobody here wants to see dilution. It would be stupid as an investor. Many here want accelerated growth, and that will take capital. What form of capital, how much we need, how close are we to getting big ticket items out, are all questions that we would like answered.
I do not want the answers if it is just going to be used against the company here.
I want to wake to a market wire that propels the PPS and the company forward, that is based upon sound reasoning, and projects going into the marketplace, no B/S.
Maybe I want too much, I do not think so.
Will I get it, only time will tell.
