i would have thought warwick had their own spinning experts...arent they supposed to be the best of the best?...why would they send the yarn back to kblb to have some other spinning expert look at it?...

and then kim thanks warwick for sending the yarn back instead of just moving forward?...what??

sounds to me like warwick did their testing and decided they couldnt do anything with the yarn...im quite sure they already had their spinning experts look at it...so they returned the unused product...kim went to some independent spinner who apparently suggested some specialized processing...now he has sent the yarn back to warwick who is only now "preparing" to do what everyone thought they were already doing...

another added step in the processing of ms means more cost, more time delays, perhaps added transportation costs and less profit...assuming that the added processing even works...

warwick has had the yarn since december..im quite sure they had their own spinning experts examine the yarn...they sent it all back to kblb because it wasnt good enough as is and they couldnt fix it...and as everyone has said, warwick is the best...

this is a huge issue that will be whispered away as a not completely unexpected minor glitch that has been remedied...im not gonna be buying any whispered conversations...

the pr says there was a problem that warwick couldnt fix...kim's expert, whoever he is, suggested some processing...its hoped thats sufficient...he doesnt know...
