Last time I am going to explain this - when AEGY filed a 8-K (information for shareholders) - the merger agreement IS THE attachment or Exhibit (EX-10).

But within the Merger Agreement those exhibits discussed have not been attached or filed.

There are references made to exhibits that are not attached to the merger agreement.

And the same is true for Schedules that are not included.
