no, if we do not see a share increase then it should move because of the low price from any news of this merger actually happening. Although i kinda just see it as an acquisition in the end or its a merger with the other partners of hundley and othm would help them out of a financial mess with shares (or 11 million super preferred shares with restrictions and unknown conversions yet if any). Either way they would be restricted minimum 6 or 12 months Im not sure which one. then in return get the property . and the potential gains from buying at 9 now are enormous. a penny is over a thousand percent. Even if they did dilute all, well not enough volume in my opinion, so we will say 1.4 bill of the authorized shares AT WORST it doesnt take very much money to buy these floats up if they try to sell and with the right attention? If any kind of hotel opens up in costa rica that is Owned and Promoted both as oriens hotel and using their hotel pure brand and booking system it will be on imo. Thats the biggest thing they just need a place. Imo of course, their already doing the other part. Promoting their hotel management company and showing their booking system online. Now its everyones own judgement call as to if they are trying to gain a social presence and be known to sell their stock(which is doesnt look like to me) or so when they open up their own acquired place people will already be booking. Their brand doesnt seem bad, I bet people would want to try it at least, probably catch on in costa rica. And with all this extra given attention and news on the property now because of hundley that the news of a new company acquiring the property and taking over operations will have that many more eyes on it. Will they perform at running every aspect to the scenario though. Probably why they would need hundleys partners to merge in, which is why 11 mill preferreds would be made. Have restrictions but they probably wouldnt want to sell em off because im sure they would come with voting power or something too. I think their hotel pure brand would charge a hotel 2-400 dollars a room in the hotel and like 6% of the money booked online with their system. With their own property they will not have to pay anybody for promotion and sales since thats the business already. now they would just get the other 94%. ill take a billion share dilution at these levels to get that deal done. That could be bought up in less than a week.
Another weird thought, maybe the deal of this merger is the 11 million super preferreds go to the investors from the law suit and they hold them as collateral for now so the property isnt seized (not sure if it could be though) and they could be paid back before the shares get unrestricted and returned to treasure
