always a positive sign. lol.

for real entertainment, read the posts about the Wellington "firm commitment". one of the most misconstrued terms in the pubkic company world is the "firm commitment". I worked on one "firm commitment" underwritten deal a number of years ago that actually priced, the economy took a nosedive and the IB walked away. the fine print in IB engagement letters is good at making "firm" into "flabby".
