You need to do DD, look on the SEC's site, we already had an S-1, and already have an effective date from the SEC. This is approval from the SEC for the spin-off. We're waiting on FINRA to assign us a ticker, where unlike the SEC, FINRA provides no public information. We also have to get a brokerage to agree to trade and essentially be responsible for the ticker. All of this takes time, and while FINRA is not a government agency, it's sometimes as slow as one.
Any good news would have came in March, all good news would be held until a week or two before REGEN goes public. Then you release more good news on the day it goes public, and a week or two after.
