Provide onsite technical service, customer training, product installation and support.
? Ensure customer service needs and expectations are met and exceeded while promoting a positive image of A-T Solutions.
? Serve as key enablers to the Brigade (Regimental) and Battalion Battle Staffs and Senior Officers.
? Serves as BIB Integrators, including instructing, deploying, servicing, and recovering the BIB 250 system during JRTC rotational exercises.
? Performs joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and supports strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
? Uses a variety of computer software programs to aid in the conduct of work activities.
? Assists in the coordination of computer support activities and in the development of new applications of software support.
? Requires skills and abilities in handling classified information.
Requires familiarity with military order of battle, chain of command and communication/information security
