They intend to pay it by issuing convertable notes like they have been doing essentially since the beginning. That is not atypical in a company like REVO that has great income potential but is still in developement (sort of). You may look at all the 10ks negative disclosures and superficially conclude this company is doomed but nothing has changed except the rate at which they are incurring debt. The value of this company is not in the amount owed.. The value is in the future/current potential of REVO's patent portfolio. Is it a risky investment? Hell probably. Most penny stocks are. But hey, to say it simply: scared money don't make money!!
