nothing imaginary about losing money.. and nope i didnt buy it at 001 because on paper this stock is worth currently 0.

actually less than zero.. shareholders owe ali, carter and the note holders 3 million dollars.. and they will pony up.

why dont you ask them how they intend to pay it..

hint its in the 10k..
