Fujitsu is primarily a company that manufactures it’s phone in Japan for sale on the Japanese market. While it formerly had the top share of the Japanese market, the introduction of the iPhone in that market significantly weakened Fujitsu’s (and other Japanese manufacturers) position.

OldDog, if Fujitsu makes their phones in Japan and most of their sales are in Japan, why would they need a license from IDCC?
