Do you really think negotiation to reach an amicable resolution does not mean what it says? In any event, I suspect that even GE would/could be persuaded to loan $1.2 million.

IMO and experience, negotiation can be a form of deliberate delay....here, until data from Phase I trials matures , is analyzed and we and the rest of the world are told the results. Should not be long now...
