So what sense does the BM story make when it says that B4 will not be rebid, since the round is about to expire?

And, when exactly does the round expire?

Sounds like we still have a lot of work to do with only one deal signed, and if expiry is on the horizon, we best get off our collective arses and ensure this thing happens.
