The new laws surrounding the legalization of MJ require all 3 components(production, processing, and retail) to have every single aspect of their processes recorded as a way to track inventory and the integrity of the business. So far their has only been 1 company to come out with such a program and to be endorsed by the state. The state of WA has not yet regulated the amount(or type) of programs that would satisfy their requirements. Thats one program for an emerging multibillion $ market. Haha, what happens when a market explodes and theirs only one company that's in this specific mmj accounting niche??? That's right, more companies move in for market space. Since COWI has already been involved in software production, you can take a safe bet that this is the purpose of their beginning expansion. All they have to do is offer a better price, or a better edge, and it would be a no brainer for a business(producing, processing, and retail) to go with them. They're getting their foot in the door now, because once july comes around, these businesses need to maintain momentum.

Looking back at history, specifically the Alaska Gold Rush, it wasnt the miners that made bank... It was those businesses that supplied the tents, pans, and pickaxes. What's better about this new market is that the government requires the businesses to have a certain type of pickaxe, per se. That's how they're gonna dominate this market. lol, lordy lord, we are about to get smacked in the face by the bank.

In the end, this is a game of the quickest and most discerning, so if you feel like theirs too much risk involved, its ultimately your money thats on the line or not. As for me, I've witnessed previous markets react in this fashion and see all the pieces beginning to align themselves for history to repeat itself again.
