Hall of Fame is in the process of conducting a non-bankruptcy reorganization of its business and affairs. This reorganization is expected to be complete by the end of the first calendar quarter of 2014. Thereafter, initially, the company intends to introduce its beverage lines to retailers in the Upstate New York and Las Vegas markets
