Premier Mortgage Resources announces name and symbol change to Alternaturals Inc with the symbol ANAS
Grandville, Michigan, May 1, 2014 ? Alternaturals, Inc. (OTCPink : ANAS) today announced that it has changed its name from Premier Mortgage Resources, Inc. with the symbol (OTCPink : PMRS) to Alternaturals, Inc. with the symbol (OTCPink : ANAS). FINRA approved the change to be announced by them on April 30, 2014, and shareholders can see the change take effect today, May 1st, 2014.
?We are very excited to see the new name and symbol take effect, as it ushers in a new era for the shareholders and allows us to move on with more pressing issues.? Said the company CEO, Emmanuel Gyamfi, who also commented, ?We have a lot of unexpected things in store for the public, and I am thrilled that we will now be able to let everyone know who we really are.?
Mr. Gyamfi wants shareholders to know that there is a lot in store including a buyback strategy being put into place to reduce the number of outstanding shares, and the dilution that occurred in the past, and that the company has many distribution, licensing, and partnership deals on the table, in several surprising, emerging industries, so he feels the public will be very surprised by what comes next. However, the company plans to let the new name settle in for a little bit before starting to put it all out there to assure that the public is not confused, and the associations with the partners are leveraged to their full extent. Either way, he is convinced that the market will be extremely excited about what is to come.
