Thanks slaw - I also wrote at that time, seems long ago now, that Alex Gorsky head of J&J Devices division before his appointment as CEO HAD to have known of BIEL and the FDA status. And that if the folks in the devices division did not know all about BIEL, then some heads should have rolled.

Mary H. posted here recently that she had called Whelan at BIEL with questions sometime around the New Year, give a month either way, and Whelan stated they were discussing with GSK. Mary wisely posted she wished to keep her post "short and sweet".

Let's see, J&J is the unquestioned leader in device sales globally. My logic meter says there must be talks somewhere here and, if I'm correct in that assumption, it's also reasonable to infer that Whelan and whomever it is are under an NDA. Appreciate your thoughts slaw.

BTW, someone asked me recently in a sidebar why I was putting effort into posting my thoughts on iHub as to them it did not seem characteristic of me. My answer was that I stumbled onto iHub as a discussion forum, had a whack of BIEL stock and watched and read quietly for a long, long time before posting as Simpsonly. I watched a large number of a group I named the 'Good Guys' (Male & Female) post thousands of times and watched the positive and bashing responses, so I decided to take up the slack when they became observers, no doubt tiring of the incessant bashers. I learned a lot from them, I felt I owed them. Simple as that. They know who they are, rich, sausage and too many to name, all 'Good Guys'
