WHAT? No comment on the lawsuit ?I was looking forward to the typical convoluted spin she tries to put on BAD NEWS(you can be sure she would be extolling the virtues of our management team if there was good news,only little problem is there ISN'T any....)

....not to worry,if she missed the chance to "explain"this one ,chances are this lawsuit for unpaid bills will just be the first of more such attempts to get paid if there is some cash coming

But I really don't know why the creditors are concerned because I'm sure they will be able to pay everybody by next summer when we will be producing 150 K ......uh,we will,won't we?

Sorry for the cacophony.....I know you want to concentrate on all the important decisions that are coming up...
