Absolutely Alea! Independent, prudent governance. Senior mgmt w/ leadership, goals, plans and focus. Salespersons that are accountable. "guaranteed" bonuses replaced w/ incentive. Nepotism replaced w/ performance. Overpromising replaced w/ caution. Restoration of trust. Impressive six months.
