I have a few questions if anyone cares to reply regarding the options issue. What if the proposal was for an additional 10 million ISO's or an additional 15 million instead of the additional 5 million that's on the proxy? Would the shareholders who vote 'yes' on no.#2 still just vote yes, or would they want more guidance from the company on why the additional shares are needed? If you were wanting more guidance from the company would that mean you distrust management?

I think posters on each side of this issue are labeling the other side with wrong motives. I don't distrust management. I do expect guidance on this issue. A few annual goals to measure performance would be nice,too.
