Normally yes. But this company generates millions of dollars. This is much different than a typical penny stock scam, which yes, would normally be horrible news. But this is much different. I'll provide examples to show you why.
Check it. It's going to be a 30:1 R/S... Per the Nevada SOS, the new A/S will be 200M...
So if the R/S happened today, the PPS would be .072... If you had a 1M shares before, you would now have 33,333 shares at .072 (valued at $2,400) as opposed to 1M shares at .0025 (valued at $2,400 as well)...
So speculation out there says that FlexPower is worth 30M minimum (ultra conservative)... Which means that at the very least, their PPS Valuation should be .15 (30,000,000/200,000,000= .15)
So that means that your shares at .072 would actually be a great deal. And the PPS should greatly increase after the R/S and not tank.
Real company with real products. They are international as well.
