jmspaesq', I intend to vote , but it has been my experience that it really is a waste of my time if it is thought that it will change the outcome from what management wants;however, I do think that it does send a message that there is a group out there watching it perform. If the message is strong enough, it can help management avoid a lawsuit by reminding it that it is best to run the company to benefit all!! tucker
