Don't feel bad. Happens to me all the time to. Scottrade takes 3 days for funds to be ready. But USAA lets you buy immediately but they charge you $70 for buying Titan ( that's the only stock I've ever been charged that much to buy). I wasn't waiting on funds to clear yesterday so I had to just pay the extra money. We are getting it at a steal regardless. Just can't buy a few shares if I'm gonna pay that fee, gotta spend a few thousand to absorb it.
