On page two (last paragraph) of the newly released letter from Cetek's corp attorney Laskowski states he knows of no Cetek director or SH with more than 5% of the O/S who is being investigated by the SEC.

Well how can Attorney Laskowski make that statement? Do they realize there are several members on this IHUB board alone who meet the 5% threshold? They most certainly do not know our identities.

Not saying anyone here with 5% of the O/S is being investigated but maybe this gives a few of us an inroad to make some additional inquiries upon Cetek' attorney. I did call this guy once a long time ago 2005/2006 and as I recall he was one helluva SOB.
