WC to answer your question a most definite yes. When you enter the facility and walk through the front lobby area on the other side is a work station and in between is a huge glass partition where the high tech workers are located. Most likely there were also additional work stations out of view. I asked Barbara if these were all HTI employees, her answer yes and when I asked her for numbers I recall something like 12-14 but definitely more than 8 and Barbara commented they were busy.

My visit was in June 2013. Rather than speculating regarding the apparent reduction in HTI employees maybe someone can contact Barbara C and ask her. Maybe she will tell us with all the new Gov't contract work at Fermi Lab they are now adding on workers.
