Frank was under enormous pressure to keep up with the 2 competitors....LOGO had financing going in and so did here!....Frank did not. He needed to be creative. It was his persistence that got the network to the air on 5 major carriers....the work is done in that category...Lloyd just needs to improve on the # of carriers and the # of areas QTN reaches.....and reviewing the programs for growth in content/programs/show personnel.....the foundation has been set. He sees that and realizes his task is to take it to the next level, not develop it. That's been done.
