You don't have shares in the co that is why you do not understand the shareholder point of view. The very fact that they got their options at 1 cent or more ( they did not even set it at a higher value than the strike price) and now it is almost half that value proves incompetence.

A shareholder like me would have lost almost half of any money invested just from the time they got their options. Not to mention those who invested earlier at 2 cents, 4 cents, and whatever. There has been a precipitous loss in shareholder value. As mentioned, if company was actually profitable and profits growing tremendously, and share prices doubling, tripling etc, I won't have a problem with management getting good money.

But right now looks like a share grab to me. They are not defending this stock with any information or PR or anything. Just letting it fall like a brick prior to taking another salary.

Maybe after they all receive huge amounts of shares, they will start releasing any or all of the pent up positive news. Watch my words and see if it unfolds that way. I hope they are made of better stuff, but sure looks like that right now to me. When this all unfolds, we shall see if its just my paranoia or their game plan. I don't like it one bit right now. If we are so close to orders, why else would management sit quietly while they watch share prices sink like a rock.
