The Shares that were converted are RESTRICTED. Really? Your post made it sound like they were dilutive. Not accurate and they are not diluting. VFIN moved up as soon as he was hit. You are incorrect. And the company has very few shares in the float, so even if they didn't buy any back, so what?! They will retire shares in the future. Do you honestly believe that after all of this that he is lying to everyone now and diluting? Really?
