One day in the future they might buy back up to 100 million shares. They didn't say they already bought back any shares. They are not required to buy back any shares. Todays news was just a maybe thing. VFIN showing up on the ASK 90 seconds after the share buyback news hit the wires is a definite thing. Fabio in one day you turned into a true penny stock CEO. Diluted 1.4 billion shares in a day and put out bs buyback news to sell into Very disappointing and sickening.
