I can agree with some of your points. I'm not really sure if this is a sink or swim approach though. With any contract, there is always room for tweaking...and sometimes, things don't go as planned and adjustments are required. We even see it with larger companies on a regular basis. What I do know is that at this funding level, it will allow the company to fully exercise it's operations and grow with the business. The PPS will thrive on news because until they've delivered a working product, that's all we have to go by. Do you think the state of AZ would pay $1.5 billion on a bet the farm approach?
