Mugsey, you asked me if I were part of the group. I answered your question in that respect. I only know Crash via the emails he has sent both MOUNTAINMAN and I since last November. MountainMan has been utilizing Crash's information since October.

Mugsey, to date I've yet to see Bobby or Dan publicly state the visit did not happen nor did the conversation. IN ADDITION, MOUNTIANMAN STILL QUOTES BOBBY FROM THIS EMAIL. You do realize or remember that it was MountainMan who first posted that email and first used it to support his perspective, don't you? How do you account for that? Will your next email be to MountainMan to tell him to stop quoting from Crash's post?
You'll find this email I got on 12/3/05 interesting. I've deleted the remaining portion of the email addresses so

Pierce Williams called Bobbie Roehm when he discovered that I was in Stowe Vermont and had her call me at my home. Bobbie Roehm almost seemed like she was in a panic. She told me that Pierce Williams wanted her to be sure that I was Informed that Dan had his office back and for her to make sure that I knew this fact. Bobbie Roehm told me on the phone that Pierce Williams was at lunch while I was in Stowe Vermont and that I had just missed him.
I was in Stowe for about 4 hours. All I can say is: That was one long lunch.
Crash OverRide

Mugsey, you must have just joined us. I have explained to the group, in the past, that one of the Crash group is not happy with Dan. I've been out of the "closet" on this one for some time. If anything, I think you just peeked your head out the door just now.
You stated: "Dan was not convicted of DUI. Why? because he wasn't legally drunk."
Mugsey, do you think the Cop stopped Dan to see if he had his seat belt on? Obviously he was driving impaired and erratic. It caught the attention of the Cop. Nothing more need be said. You don't have to be legally drunk to still be driving impaired and erratic.
PERSONAL NOTE TO SELF: Why am I so friggin' addicted to these boards.....must stop posting. Let Mugsey and the rest have their way with the newbies and uninformed.... must stop caring and quit this.
