I love this part of the filings, I wasnt expecting them to say this, but looks very promising....

The foucs is on designing, constructing and marketing state of the art vending and kiosk technologies, along with related product(s) manufacture and distribution. Additionally the compnay intends to launch several retail oriented E-commerce storefronts during the 3rd Quarter 2014.
