ACGX.. $0.08 Opps there goes the transparency.. BUT,,BUT,, BUT.. It's the Chicago way.. Guess how many shares each 10million series H shares valued at $1, issued at .0001 are Conv. at.. 70% discount,, now that's what I call a sure trade and really being able to SQUAT on the shareholders.. Guess who own's them..?? Mr Clean who every one thinks is out for the shareholders best interest.. MJ release soon,, How many shares does he get at a 70% for his Sieries H..?? I'd find out before I bought 1 share in the open market..

10million series H shares valued at $1, issued at .0001 and with a future conversion rate of 70% discount to the previous 3trading days........Seems like dilution is setting up here. After all we knew they couldn't pay off their debts with the current shares in the authorized. I think this means dilution in the future.....I need to re read it too.
