Without a PR that has a lot of great answers to a lot of concerns, I won't be comfortable holding long in this company. And I don't see that happening. Because there are a ton of serious concerns (Moreno, ownership, lack of filings clarifying the board and reporting of name changes, the 1% shareholder interest in the company, the overall business model, etc). However, I do still think it's a nice lottery ticket at these levels, and with this float. It's a big gamble, and I think the house has the odds on this one, but if those shares stay locked and the float stays low, it could still have an impressive run. It could also go to pennies if those shares hit, or even be halted, as we all know is an all-too-real possibility in this sector. So, seriously, new folks to this board: don't bet the farm on this one; treat it like a very expensive lottery ticket. At least until we hear positive news.
