The facts your stating is a bit convoluted, there's a lot more and you know it. This is why they're begging to settle. Like I said before, I know this is going to settle favorably for MW and IFUS. But for the BB's, it's not over. They'll need to address the shareholder's wrath along with the SEC and the justice department. This case will get turned over by me and others. If MW doesn't leverage them turning over the shares they've converted and the shares they bought, and buy back the shares they vindictively dumped in retaliation to getting da boot! We will! And they're going to jail over for icing on top!
